Hi, I'm Allie, the author, photographer, chef, sole benefactor, director, and (if I do say so myself) heart and soul here at (un)cool.

Which explains why this is the most recent, acceptable-looking picture taken of me mostly by myself. It's a work in progress.

That being said, I probably should not have a blog. I'm probably hogging a domain name that someone out there is much more deserving of, because

1. I'm not consistent.

2. I'm bad at technology.

Lets see. . .

Fortunately, blogging isn't just about technology. Plus, I know how to find and make Mean Girls memes, so I pretty much have the most important aspect of the technology thing down anyway. Even without that, thought, I love to write, and I love to learn about other people's lives, which is basically what goes on in the blogging world! Other miscellaneous facts about me include that I'm a high school student who loves peanut butter and frequently laughs until I cry.  I like sports, I like reading, and I like eating and making food.

And I like blogging, so here I am.

Also, I'm very glad to have you here because then I'm not doing the blogging equivalent of rambling on and on to myself day after day. Thanks for that.
